Whether you're newer to yoga or have decades of experience, a one-on-one or private group yoga session is a nurturing, informative, and inspiring way to get more from the practice.
I love making yoga and meditation accessible, fun, and unintimidating while sharing the richness of the tradition that goes beyond the poses.
I'll connect with you prior to our session to get a sense of your goals and hopes for our work together, then I'll customize the experience just for you.
Sessions can be conducted in-person near Boulder, CO or via Zoom.

1. One-on-one session - Virtual or In-Person - Experience the life-changing benefits of customizing yoga, breath, and meditation practices that work for your real daily life.
2. Group session - Virtual or In-Person - Liven up your next book club, friend get-together, or workplace event with a down-to-earth experience of movement, breath, and mindfulness catered to the needs of your group. I can also incorporate a sound bath!
3. Mentorship/Consulting - Virtual or In-Person - Whether you're looking for yoga studio ownership advice, tips on how to create an engaging workshop or training, or you simply want to be more strategic and effective in your teaching, get personalized advice based on my 25 years of experience.
Private Session Pricing
Includes a brief check-in call/email before the first session. We'll work together to create a customized wellness experience.
Sliding scale: suggested $85 - $120 for one-on-one sessions
