WORK WITH ME ONE-ON-ONE

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRACTICE &

GO BEYOND THE PHYSICAL

Whether you are newer to yoga or have decades of experience, a one-on-one session is a nurturing, informative, and inspiring way to take your practice beyond the typical class and standard poses.

A one-on-one session can be conducted in-person or via video, and is an effective and efficient way to shine a light on the aspects of yoga that you can only hint at by taking group classes.

I'll connect with you prior to our session to get a sense of your goals and hopes for our work together, then I'll customize the practice just for you. Some of my favorite topics for one-on-one sessions include accessible approaches to breathwork and meditation, customizing prop set-ups and modifications for challenging poses, and luxurious propping for deeply relaxing restorative poses.

All sessions are $95/hour, and pricing includes a brief check-in call/email

before and after the session.
