Yoga, conscious breath, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life for more than 25 years, and I'm passionate about sharing tools for well-being in an accessible, individualized, and down-to-earth way. 


I specialize in gentle and restorative yoga, accessible breath practices, yoga nidra, and approachable forms of meditation. I'm also a certified Sound Healing Practitioner offering sound baths and one-on-one sessions.
