My name is Kerry, and I love yoga.
I specialize in teaching Gentle and Restorative Yoga.
Yoga, conscious breath, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life for over 20 years now, and I'm passionate about sharing the depths of this practice in an accessible, individualized, and down-to-earth way.
From retreats to trainings to mentorship, I offer my unique, softer approach to help others practitioners and teachers take this beautiful practice into their imperfectly wonderful real lives.
